Infinity Microfinance Bank Limited is an offshoot of Infinity Community Savings, which stated in 2001 as a genuine initiative of its promoters to provide a platform for mobilizing savings and loans among the grass-roots artisans and business people through an automated and modernized thrift system. The outfit transformed into Community Bank in June 2005 and eventually became Microfinance Bank after the introduction of Microfinance Bank Policy by the Federal Government in 2007.

The Bank has enjoyed stable and focused board and management since inception and currently boasts of an authorized share capital of N50 Million,shareholders fund of N50,915,909 and a Balance Sheet of N204,663,842 as at 31st December,2010. The customer base in excess of 45,000 as at Ocober 2011.
